Does semen discharge with lust due to touching and kissing one's wife over clothes without intercourse invalidate the fast, and what is the expiation required for it?

The emission of semen due to kissing or similar actions by a fasting person invalidates the fast and necessitates a make-up day (qada'), but not expiation (kaffara), because expiation is only required for intercourse. It is not permissible for a Muslim to intentionally do anything that invalidates their fast.
