Is it permissible to pay the administrative fees of a usurious bank from the interest of money deposited therein out of necessity?

It is not permissible to deposit money in interest-based banks as long as Islamic banks are available, because depositing in interest-based banks is considered assisting them in falsehood. If Islamic banks are not available, then it is permissible to deposit in interest-based banks only in a current account to meet a necessity. If interest accrues from this, it must be disposed of by spending it on charitable and benevolent causes, and the account holder is not permitted to benefit from it.
