Does the Hadith: "Many men reached perfection, but none among women reached perfection except four" indicate that women's perfection is confined to the past and does not include the future?

The Hadith of Abu Musa (A great many men have attained perfection, but none among women have attained perfection except: Asiyah, the wife of Pharaoh, and Maryam, daughter of Imran. And indeed, the superiority of Aisha over other women is like the superiority of Tharid over all other foods) clarifies the excellence of these women over all women of the world due to the virtues and qualities they possessed. Maryam is the truthful one, chosen above all women of the world, and Asiyah was martyred for her faith. Khadijah and Aisha are among the best of the Mothers of the Believers and were the wives of the Prophet in this world and in Paradise. Fatimah is the سيد [Sayyidah/mistress] of the women of Paradise. This is further affirmed by other Ahadith that mention Maryam, Khadijah, Fatimah, and Asiyah as the best women of the world and of Paradise.
