Allah accepts sincere repentance from His servant and forgives his sins, no matter how great they are, even if they were (associating partners with Allah), based on His saying, "Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful," and His saying, "But indeed, I am the All-Forgiving to whoever repents, believes, and does righteousness, and then is guided."
