Is it permissible to believe pages attributed to fictitious sheikhs on Facebook that publish fatwas mocking religion, such as prohibiting eating lasagna because it is derived from the word "zaniyah" (adulteress)?

It is obligatory to take knowledge from trustworthy individuals known for their religiosity, trustworthiness, adherence to the Sunnah, and sound thinking, especially for a beginner. Moreover, it is not permissible to follow or transmit the trifles of those who write such fatwas, whether they believe them, joke, or mock.
