What is the ruling on praying in clothes that are still wet after sprinkling them due to the effect of mathy (pre-ejaculate) or washing impurity off them?

If a garment is purified from impurity, it is permissible to pray in it, even if the washing water has not dried, because the remaining wetness on it is pure. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed in his garment that was wet with pure water, as it is narrated in Sahih Muslim that he used to wash off semen and then pray in the garment, and the traces of washing would be visible on it.
