If you swore by Allah not to wear a specific watch, then wearing it necessitates expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yameen). It is permissible for you to break your oath, as breaking an oath is not forbidden, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever takes an oath and then sees something better than it, let him expiate for his oath and do it."
