What are the rights of a married sister over her brother, and her right to use items in his house that are specific to his wife, and what are the rights of an unmarried sister and the rights of parents to a son's wealth?

It is not permissible for a sister, whether married or unmarried, to take anything from her brother's possessions except with his willing consent, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." The phone and other items, if they belong to the brother, are like the rest of his property. If they belong to the wife, it is not permissible to use them except with her consent, and the husband's permission is not considered. As for a poor, unmarried sister, if her brother is well-off, he is obligated to provide for her according to most scholars. Similarly, the maintenance of indigent parents is unanimously obligatory upon a well-off son.
