What is the ruling on the following vows: a vow not to shave the beard until marriage to a specific woman occurs, a vow to fast for a full month consecutively upon marrying her, and an oath not to clean the house until she cleans it?

Growing a beard is obligatory, and shaving it is forbidden according to the majority of scholars. If someone vows to perform an obligation or abandon a forbidden act, their vow is void and does not require fulfillment. As for vowing to fast for a month upon marrying a specific girl, this is a conditional vow that must be fulfilled once the marriage takes place. Your oath not to clean your house until your fiancée cleans it is a binding oath; you are permitted to atone for your oath by cleaning it yourself, and this is better for you. It should be noted that scholars differ on the ruling of a guardian forcing his virgin daughter into marriage. Therefore, if the guardian is among those who permit this, he incurs no sin. However, if he believes it to be forbidden and proceeds with it, he is sinful. You have no connection to the matter [of the girl's marriage], and you should turn to Allah to destine good for you and grant you a righteous wife. Do not burden yourself with this matter.
