Is it permissible for me to take money and claim my right to profits from the use of a cement brick factory license that was exploited without my and my mother's knowledge for five years, knowing that the money is doubtful?

Misappropriating public funds is a grave matter, and whoever unjustly delves into Allah's wealth shall have the Fire on the Day of Resurrection. Obtaining the subsidy requires lying, forgery, and deception, which are forbidden acts. It is obligatory to prevent the exploitation of the license by revoking it or delisting the factory. Unlawful profits must be disposed of by giving them to the poor, the needy, and for public welfare. It is not permissible for you to take anything from it unless you yourselves are poor and in need.
