What is the ruling on placing a wireless broadcasting device atop the mosque's minaret for a monthly fee, the proceeds of which go to the mosque?

Mosques are houses of Allah, built for His worship, and they must be protected from anything that contradicts their glorification, including using them for worldly purposes and making them a source of financial gain. Therefore, it is not permissible to place a broadcasting device on top of the mosque, whether for a fee or not. Nor is it permissible to use mosques or their facilities as a platform for displaying pamphlets, promotional boards, or commercial advertisements; because mosques were built for the worship of Allah, and exploiting them for worldly matters contradicts this. Allah Almighty says: {And that the mosques are for Allah, so do not invoke anyone with Allah}.
