What is the ruling on supplications that include "O Allah, subject to me the servants of this verse," "O Allah, subject to me all Your creation to fulfill my needs," and "I adjure you, O servants of this noble verse"?

Supplication (Du'a) is one of the best acts of worship, and it is based on the Sunnah and adherence [to it], not on caprice and innovation. It has not been narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that the Qur'an has "servants" (khuddam), and to affirm that is to speak on behalf of Allah. These supplications and incantations are innovations that have not been transmitted from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, nor from the Companions, nor the Tabi'in, nor the Imams. Things like them are found in the amulets written by the ignorant.
