Does semen discharge after performing ghusl necessitate a new ghusl if it was not accompanied by lust, and is the prayer of one who prayed in a state of janabah accepted, if it was unintentional or a mistake due to obsessive-compulsive disorder?

If semen exits after ghusl (ritual bath), there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding the necessity of repeating the ghusl. A person afflicted with Waswas (obsessive doubts) may adopt the view of those who do not consider ghusl obligatory in such a case, and suffice with Wudu' (ablution). It is incumbent upon the person with Waswas to repel their doubts and not pay attention to any suspicion that crosses their mind. If one is certain that prostatic fluid (madhy) has exited, they must perform Wudu' after purifying their body and clothes. If one is certain that semen has exited, ghusl becomes obligatory. If there is doubt between the two, one may choose. However, mere doubt about anything exiting does not necessitate anything.
