Can a solution be found to save a deceased friend who was angry with her colleague before her death?

We ask Allah to have mercy on your friend and all Muslims. If the one who was angry became angry without a just cause, then there is nothing upon her. But if she became angry with a just cause due to bad speech, then she should increase her supplications and ask for forgiveness for her friend.
