1. Consider that wetness to be madhiy, and it suffices for you to wash whatever part of your body and clothes it touched.

2. Consider the wetness to be maniyy, so you must perform a ritual bath (ghusl) for janabah, and repeat the obligatory prayers you performed before the ghusl for janabah. Some scholars, however, say that you are not required to repeat the obligatory prayers.
