Does a divorce conditional on returning to the Chinese woman take effect after two previous divorces, and what are the consequences of that?

According to the majority of scholars, breaking an oath sworn with a divorce entails the divorce of the woman for whom the oath was made. However, Ibn Taymiyyah views it as requiring an expiation for an oath. As for a husband conditioning a divorce on his return to his wife, if he returns to her, the divorce takes effect according to the majority. If this is the third divorce, then his wife becomes unlawful for him until she marries another husband. The presence of children and their need for their father holds no weight after a triple divorce has been established.
