Is it necessary to ask about every minor and major matter in life to know its ruling?

Learning matters of religion that a servant needs in his acts of worship, and regarding what is permissible and what is forbidden for him, is among the most emphasized obligations. This is because Allah is not to be worshipped except through what He has legislated, and due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever performs an action which is not in accordance with our matter, it will be rejected." Therefore, it is obligatory to learn how to perform acts of worship, such as prayer and purification, so that Allah may be worshipped with insight, and to know what is permissible and what is forbidden to avoid unlawful things. If it is difficult to set up a learning program, then one must ask trustworthy scholars and benefit from modern means such as audio recordings and electronic communication tools.
