Is it permissible for my brother to marry his maternal uncle's daughter, if the maternal uncle is the brother of the man through suckling?

Suckling establishes a prohibition on marriage similar to that established by lineage. The suckled child becomes a son to the wet nurse and her husband, the owner of the milk. Brotherhood through suckling occurs only between the suckled brother and his maternal uncle, unless the maternal uncle was himself suckled by the mother of the suckled child's siblings; in that case, he becomes a brother to all of them. Based on the first scenario, it is permissible for a person to marry his brother's maternal uncle's daughter if no other prohibitory cause is established between them, bearing in mind that prohibitory suckling must consist of five full feedings within the first two years of life.
