Is the default for an elderly woman who breastfed a child the presence or absence of milk, knowing that she has passed away and cannot be referred to?

The jurists have concluded that حرمة (prohibition) is established by suckling the milk of an old woman. However, if there is doubt about the presence of milk in a woman's breast, the prohibition is not established, because the default is its absence, and certainty is not removed by doubt.
