It is not permissible for a guardian to marry off his ward without her consent. A woman has the option to continue with a marriage that took place without her consent or to request its annulment. However, taking birth control pills without the husband's knowledge is not a solution. If the woman expresses her consent to the marriage, her right to request annulment is forfeited.
