Is wearing denim jeans Haram? May Allah reward you.

There is no objection to men wearing jeans or other types of fabric trousers, as long as they are not silk, or tight fitting revealing the 'awrah (private parts), or thin and translucent describing them without anything over them, or falling below the ankles. It is not permissible for a woman to wear them unless there are loose garments over them covering her entire body.
