What is the ruling on purchasing a car through a lease-to-own agreement with an initial down payment, monthly installments, and a final payment?

For the permissibility of a lease-to-own contract, the following Shariah conditions must be met: there must be two separate contracts (a lease followed by a sale), the lease must be genuine and not merely a disguise for a sale, and the leased item must remain under the owner's guarantee. There is no objection to an upfront payment and a final payment if they are part of the agreed rent and the Shariah conditions are met.
