Does a triple divorce befall the wife if she slandered her husband's sister and maternal uncle with things they did not say, knowing that the husband did not intend divorce but rather to prevent her from slandering them?

Divorce did not occur because the wife did the act upon which her divorce was conditioned out of forgetfulness, as Allah Almighty says: "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred." And Allah the Glorified said: "I have done so." However, if she does that intentionally in the future, then her husband must offer an expiation for breaking an oath.
