What is the ruling on congregational prayer in the mosque after Asr prayer, and does the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him, "There shall not be two congregations in a mosque," apply to it if some individuals have prayed alone and some in congregation?

Scholars have differed regarding the permissibility of repeating the congregational prayer after the regular Imam. Their opinions and the most preponderant view can be found in Fatwa no. 31776. As for the hadith, "There are not two congregations in a single mosque," it has not been found.
