What is the ruling on participating in commercial health insurance offered by the company on a 50/50 basis?

Commercial insurance is forbidden according to the majority of contemporary scholars, due to the presence of gharar (excessive uncertainty), maysir (gambling), and consuming people's wealth unjustly within it. Therefore, do not enroll your family in it if it is optional, unless there is an urgent need for health insurance and no lawful alternative is available.
