Can the book "al-Jāmiʿ li-l-Uṣūl fī Aḥādīth al-Rasūl" by Ali Nasef be relied upon as a reference?

The book is titled "Al-Taj Al-Jami' lil-Usul Al-Khamsah" by Sheikh Mansour Ali Nassif. In it, he compiled Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawud, Jami' al-Tirmidhi, and Al-Mujtaba by Al-Nasa'i. The author explained that these books are the five foundational texts (Al-Usul Al-Khamsah) that became famous and were approved by the Ummah due to their high standing in Hadith (Prophetic tradition). These books constitute "the entire Shari'ah," according to Imam Al-Nawawi. The author did not include Sunan Ibn Majah, in line with the view of earlier scholars. The book aims to refine these foundational texts and edit their chapters. This book is considered an important reference, but it should not be relied upon exclusively, as it omits some authentic hadith and many good (Hasan) ones.
