Do three grandsons and a grandfather (the father's father) inherit from the deceased?

If the heirs are limited to the grandfather and the sons of the son, then the grandfather receives one-sixth due to the presence of a descendant heir, as he is in the position of the father when the father is absent. The remainder is taken by the sons of the son by taʿṣīb (agnatic succession). The inheritance is thus divided into eighteen shares: three of which go to the grandfather, and five to each son of the son.
