Is hair that has been cut or removed from the side pure, and does touching it after performing ghusl invalidate it?

Ritual impurity (janabah (definition)) is a religious ruling that prohibits prayer and the like. However, it does not mean that the body or hair is impure. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, a Muslim does not become impure." Thus, a Muslim's body and sweat are pure, and hair cut from a person in a state of ritual impurity is pure, and touching it does not affect the validity of ritual purification.
