What is the meaning of Al-Mizzi’s saying, may Allah have mercy on him, "And it occurred to us as a lofty substitute" or "A lofty scoop came to us from it"?

The intent of Imam Al-Mizzi's statement, "And we received it as a high-grade substitute," is that he narrated the hadith with a high chain of transmission (Isnad 'Ali), meaning with a small number of narrators connecting it to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Al-Mizzi mentioned that the hadith "Indeed, actions are by intentions" reached him with a very high chain of transmission from Yazid ibn Harun, through their shaykhs who heard it from the narrators of the companions of Al-Bukhari and Muslim, and that this chain of transmission is the highest on earth.
