Should the jihad of da’wah continue with the same spirit with a friend who still lives with his girlfriend, even though they have two separate apartments?

Friends must cooperate and enjoin one another to truth and patience. They should strive to guide their friends and lead them to good through various means, such as inviting them to scholarly gatherings and mosques, offering them beneficial books, supplicating for their guidance, and being careful not to be drawn into their deviance.
