Does a divorce take place, or does the wife become forbidden to her husband, if the husband says to her: "If this act is repeated again, you are unlawful or forbidden to me," and then the wife repeats the act?

It is not befitting for a believing woman to curse or revile. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The believer is not one who slanders, or curses, or speaks obscenely, or uses foul language." You should continue to advise your wife in the best manner and supplicate for her guidance. What you did in prohibiting your wife depends on your intention. If you intended divorce, and the cursing occurred, then this is the third divorce, and your wife is irrevocably divorced from you, and she is not lawful for you until she marries another husband. If you intended dhahar (analogous divorce), then you must pay the expiation for dhahar. If you intended an oath or intended nothing, then you must pay the expiation for an oath. One must be careful about divorce and not make it a means to solve marital problems.
