Is it permissible to marry a Christian woman in a misyaar marriage, with the first wife's knowledge or not, and is it obligatory to inform the first wife of this?

Allah has permitted polygyny and did not stipulate informing the first wife when desiring to marry a second. Marrying a chaste woman from the People of the Book is permissible according to Islamic law. Her guardian would be from her own religious community, or their bishops, or the Sharia judge. There is no objection to marrying her through a "Misyar" marriage if it fulfills the conditions of a valid marriage. Nevertheless, marrying a righteous Muslim woman is superior due to the benefits and advantages it entails.
