Is it permissible to make up the Fajr prayer and its Sunnah for someone who missed them due to sleep, and does making up the Sunnah become waived if missing it is repeated as a disciplinary measure, and is there a Hadith that proves this?

Whoever sleeps through the Fajr prayer should make it up, and also make up its Sunnah (the two rak'ahs before it). There is no sin upon him if he slept before the time for the prayer began and did not wake up until after its time had elapsed. There is no evidence to prevent someone from making up the Sunnah (Raghibah) if he repeatedly sleeps through Fajr. However, one should take measures to ensure waking up; otherwise, he would be sinful.
