How can I ask the bank for help in paying taxes and other expenses in return for a certain profit for the bank without falling into usury, knowing that I purchase goods from the bank on a Murabaha basis before they reach us?

Firstly, it is permissible to purchase from a bank using what is called "Murabaha for the one who commands the purchase" (Murabaha to the purchaser) if the bank owns and possesses the commodity before selling it, and the conditions of sale are met and its impediments are absent.

Secondly, it is permissible to purchase from a bank a commodity that is still at sea (before its arrival) if the bank has received the shipping documents and the commodity has come under its responsibility, because receiving shipping documents is considered a constructive possession.

Thirdly, it is not permissible for the bank to charge an increase on the taxes or expenses it paid on behalf of the customer if the customer does not have sufficient balance to cover them, because this increase is prohibited usury (riba).
