How can a Muslim woman overcome the whispers of Satan to perform her religious duties and seek knowledge, especially after leaving her studies due to intermingling (ikhtilat)?

Leisure is a great blessing, and time should be utilized for what benefits one in this life and the hereafter, by seeking Allah's help, striving against one's ego, accompanying righteous women, organizing time, observing priorities, focusing on the deeds of the heart, consistently performing good deeds even if they are few, varying acts of worship, and recreating within the limits of the Sharia, while persistently supplicating.
