The science of incantations is specialized in by those who have no share (of goodness), using it to draw near to devils in seeking help for sins. When a person's soul becomes corrupt, they desire what harms them, and Satan is malicious. So, when the practitioner of incantations, oaths, and magical spiritual books approaches them (the devils) with what they love of disbelief and polytheism, it becomes like a bribe, and they (the devils) fulfill some of his needs. For this reason, in many of these matters, they write the words of Allah with impurity, or they reverse its letters, or they write other things that Satan approves of. When they say or write what the devils are pleased with, they (the devils) assist them in some of their objectives. We advise you to stay away from this knowledge, as it is from the sciences of evil.
