Is it permissible to attach non-real hair in the form of braids temporarily with the husband's knowledge?

It is permissible for a woman to extend her hair with artificial hair for adornment for her husband, as long as it is not human hair, because there is no deception or misrepresentation in it. Jurists have stipulated that what is forbidden is connecting hair with human hair, and there is a concession for hair other than that of human beings, as mentioned by Ibn Abidin, Al-Nawawi, and Ibn Qudamah.
