Is expiation (kaffarah) required for breaking an oath to abandon a sin that I involuntarily reverted to, and for swearing that my cousin's daughter would attend school with my sister, which did not happen? And what is the required expiation?

Whoever breaks an oath is required to repent and offer expiation for the oath, which is: feeding ten poor persons, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If one cannot find [the means to do] that, then fasting three days for each expiation. If the breaking of the oath was due to genuine coercion or obsessive thoughts, then no expiation is due.
