I envy myself and others, so what is the meaning of the saying: "Masha'Allah"?

If you are afflicted with envy, you must strive to rid yourself of it by bearing in mind that blessings are from Allah, and that the envious person is objecting to Allah's distribution. You should also supplicate to Allah to rid you of this disease, and remember the ugliness of envy and its condemnation in Islamic law. The meaning of "Ma sha' Allah" (what Allah wills) is that the matter or blessing occurred by the will and grace of Allah Almighty, for all matters are in His hand.
