Is it permissible to borrow shares from a specific company on condition that shares from the same company be returned after the borrower sells them to fulfill his need?

There is no impediment to that as long as he returns them in the same number to the same company, and the rise or fall in the share price does not affect the loan, provided that the shares are not for a monetary institution, such as shares of Islamic banks.
