Is it permissible to give a scholarly course titled "To Be a Da'iyah" (Female Caller to Islam) to 150 girls in Palestine, knowing that there is a shortage of female callers to Islam and that the designated venue is a public hall?

The fundamental principle is that women are commanded to engage in da'wah (inviting to Islam), based on the generality of Allah's statement: "And let there be [arising] from among you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those are the successful." (Quran 3:104), and the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Convey from me, even if it is a single verse." So, if it is possible to train girls in da'wah without violating any شرعي (Islamic legal) prohibitions (such as uncovering awrah (intimate parts), unlawful mixing, khalwah (unlawful seclusion), or fitnah (temptation)), then this is commendable. It is preferable for women to teach girls, otherwise, extreme caution must be exercised when men teach them. Therefore, do not hesitate to hold these courses as long as women are in need of them.
