Is it permissible for a son to take money from his mother without her knowledge through a stratagem devised by the father, on the pretext that the mother refused to financially assist her son and acted foolishly with her money?

Filial piety and kindness to parents are obligatory under all circumstances, for their disobedience is a grave sin. Allah Almighty has commanded companionship with them in kindness, even if they are polytheists. What a child offers to their parents cannot be compared to what the parents have offered. It is not permissible for a father to take money from the mother by stratagem to give it to the son, because that is not permissible in Islamic law; money is only permissible to take with the owner's willing consent.
