What is the ruling on my feeling that something comes out after urinating, what are the symptoms of AIDS, and can infection be known without testing?

If a person suffers from incontinence of madhi, they must take precautions and perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. As for drops of urine after urinating, if they are merely a delusion, they should be disregarded. But if one is certain of them, then what is explained in the fatwa (religious edict) applies. Often, wadi (a thick white fluid discharged after urination) exits after urinating. For symptoms of illness, the counseling department should be consulted.
