Will God hold one accountable for the whispers (waswas) that displease God and His Messenger, along with feelings of arrogance, ignorance, and lack of money?

It is prescribed for a Muslim to seek forgiveness from Allah for all sins, both those known and unknown. This is indicated by the general supplication of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Allah, forgive my sin, my ignorance, my extravagance in my affairs, and what You know better than I do. O Allah, forgive my seriousness and my jest, my error and my intentional acts, and all of that is with me." And his saying: "O Allah, forgive all my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the open and the secret." General repentance forgives all sins, unless there is a sin from which its perpetrator has not repented due to his strong will for it or his belief that it is good and not bad. One must turn away from whispered doubts (waswas) and seek Allah's help and supplicate frequently to get rid of them.
