Are we allowed to delve into the matter of divine decree and destiny?

Researching divine decree (Qada') and destiny (Qadar (definition)) is obligatory to learn what must be believed, as faith in divine decree is a pillar of faith. However, delving into divine decree and destiny with mere conjecture and attempting to comprehend what minds cannot grasp is forbidden. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prohibited disputing about it and delving into it with falsehood and conjecture. The saying, "Destiny is Allah's secret in His creation," is correct and applies to the unseen aspect of destiny. As for the aspects of destiny, its wisdom, its levels, and its effects, it is permissible to delve into them and explain them to people.
