What is the ruling on renting out a building to an interest-based bank or to an Islamic bank whose profit does not exceed 2%?

Renting out a building to a usurious bank is forbidden due to cooperation in sin and transgression, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and transgression." As for renting it out to an Islamic bank, there is no objection to it, and the fact that its profits do not exceed 2% does not affect the ruling.
