Who has the right to decide on abortion in the event of danger to the mother's life due to pregnancy, and the husband's refusal of it: the husband or the wife?

If the pregnancy harms the mother’s health, such that doctors confirm the mother’s life is in danger if her pregnancy continues, then the wife’s statement is to be considered, because the harm befalls her. The husband does not have the right to compel her to do what harms her, due to Allah’s saying: (No mother shall be harmed through her child). However, if the pregnancy is not dangerous to the mother, but it is confirmed that the fetus is deformed and its age is less than 120 days, then abortion is not permissible unless both parents agree, because each of them has a right in the child, and its continued presence does not harm the mother.
