It is not permissible to deal with usurious banks or to deposit money in them, even without interest, unless there is an extreme necessity for which there is no alternative. This is because doing so constitutes aiding them in sin and aggression. Furthermore, the fact that Islamic banks charge a commission does not justify dealing with usurious banks.
