It is recommended to raise the voice when calling the Adhan, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The Muezzin is forgiven for as far as his voice reaches, and every wet and dry thing bears witness for him." Also, because it is more effective in making people hear. Those who object to raising the voice should be advised. If someone with a better voice is found, it is recommended that he make the Adhan, as it is more effective in making people hear, and a good voice is desirable. Otherwise, the Muezzin should continue as he is.
