A widespread issue with modern phones is the naming of folders designated for audio files as "music." There is no harm in saving recordings of the Holy Quran in them if it's not possible to create a dedicated folder. It is not an act of disbelief (kufr) to listen to the Quran from a website that displays forbidden advertisements unless the listener deliberately intends to do so with the purpose of mocking the Quran, which would be clear disbelief.
